Through its own activities and in partnership with other organizations, the PIDS Foundation supports educational efforts in the field of pediatric infectious diseases. These include educating PIDS members, pediatric infectious disease fellows, pediatric residents, and medical students about research endeavors and up-to-date aspects of clinical care through annual meetings, career development workshops, the Journal of the Pediatric Infectious Diseases Society, scholarship awards, and online training courses.
